How does it work

OrganAID world-class brain-patient derived organoids are generated starting from a tumor brain biopsy (tumoroids) or iPSCs of a patient with untreatable neurological disorder.
Organoids, derived either form patients’ iPSCs or tumor biopsies, are self-organized 3D patient-derived cell cultures, originated from stem cells or progenitor cells, that not only mimic an organ but contain the patient intrinsic genomic variability so that it serves to test the individualized response of drugs.

Our lab expertise in accurately generating and maturing brain organoids along with a unique multi-step artificial intelligence algorithm that incorporate static- and live-derived organoid patient data for efficient drug testing screening assays.
